Description : We are leading manufacturer of all types of Electrical Control Panels. The company is a partnership firm started in 1996 and during last seven years we had supplied as many as 800 different types of panel boards to our end users mainly five star hotels, hospitals, refinery plants, and high-rise buildings all over India through our valued clients. The turnover of the company has rose to around Rs. 75 Lakhs during the year 2004-2005
We do design, fabrication, assembling, wiring and testing of different MCC, PCC, Instrumentation Panels, Automation Panels with PLCs, Mimic Panels, AC Drive Panels and Bus Ducts as per customer's requirements.
We fabricate all our panel boards with 14 /16 SWG CRCA steel sheets or as per the requirement of the client. All our panels are treated with seven tank chemical process and powder coated with Simens grey color or any other approved shade by the client.
All our switchgear components are checked for its operation and functioning before fixing it to the panel board. After completion of the job we do the following tests at our works before dispatch.
(a) Over all Dimensional check
(b) Tightness of each termination and busbar joints.
(c) Functional Test by simulating field condition of level / pressure / flow switches etc.
(d) Megger test with 1000 V merger and
(e) High Voltage Test at 2 KV for One minute. |
